Abu Dhabi: Twenty years have passed… On the 22nd of September 2003, the first edition was launched, and its success culminated on its last day with the visit of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. Over two decades, this edition constituted the starting point for a series of achievements in preserving heritage and consolidating the concepts of authenticity and pride in the national identity.
As we are preparing for the launch of a new edition in the history of ADIHEX, next Monday morning, we are honoured to extend our sincere gratitude and appreciation to His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President of the UAE, may God protect him, for his endless support to the exhibition, and to the patron of this event, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Ruler’s Representative in Al Dhafra Region and Chairman of the Emirates Falconers’ Club, for his continued guidance and efforts to develop the exhibition’s objectives to preserve cultural heritage and enhance its role in preserving the environment, sustainable hunting and presenting heritage.
